Acceptance Policies
Acceptances are made to create the best combination of people for the optimal learning environment for all attending --- not accepted by postmark date.
The majority of time there are more applications than room in the workshops. Acceptances are based on the overall best combination of participants to provide a variety of training situations for all to study.
Those not accepted are put on a waiting list. Frequently those on the waiting lists are accepted later as conflicts occur for those originally accepted. Individuals on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as openings occur.
Do not be discouraged if not accepted. Although not a guarantee of future acceptance, those not accepted the first time are put on a higher priority for acceptance the second time they apply.
